Community-Based Crisis Stabilization 531-301-1029
- Provides supports to individuals and famlies in their own home or place in the community with therapy and skill building sevices designed to meet the individual's immediate needs
Services provided in short-term residential settings to de-escalate and stabilize a mental health crisis. CSRS is a voluntary service.- Generally, a 3-5 day stay.
- Client has access to:
- Medication appointment
- Daily therapy
- Daily meeting with a Case Manager
- Discharge planning
- Warm handoff to a region crisis service coordinator for additional follow up and support
- Who can refer: Anyone can refer to this service.
Crisis Stabilization Residential Service
